Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed appointment fee.
All appointments are granted a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes late, there is potential of reschedule. Arrival after 20+ minutes is considered a no-show and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
